Dominique was one of LRS’s first employees and has grown with the company since its early days. She brings deep expertise across the full revenue cycle, with hands-on experience in front desk training, insurance verifications and authorizations, A/R resolution, and patient billing education. Dominique has also played a key role in onboarding new clients, conducting detailed billing audits, and training staff to strengthen front-end processes. Her sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail help her uncover the root cause of issues, whether stemming from the client, payer, or internal team, and guide practical, effective solutions.

Dominique holds a degree in Political Science from Kent State University and earned her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. Outside of work, she’s a Halloween enthusiast and loves spending time with her family, especially exploring with her nieces and nephew.
