With over 14 years of hands-on clinical experience as a registered nurse at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Melissa has a profound understanding of the healthcare landscape and the demands placed on providers. In her role as COO, she oversees contracting and credentialing, front-end administration, and the revenue cycle, bringing a comprehensive understanding to all aspects of LRS's business operations. Her clinical background combined with her expertise in contracting, billing, and coding provides her with a high-level understanding of healthcare reimbursement and the critical components necessary for providers to receive appropriate payment.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Chester University and currently resides in Harrisburg, PA, with her husband Tom and their three children, Samantha, Joshua, and Sienna. Her dedication to healthcare and understanding of the reimbursement process make her an invaluable asset to the LRS team.
