As a Billing Manager at Lincoln Reimbursement Solutions, Nikki brings over two decades of hands-on healthcare and revenue cycle experience to our team. As a Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Nikki’s diverse background spans long-term care physical therapy and ophthalmic surgical technology culminating in 20 years co-owning and working on the administrative side of a thriving private outpatient physical therapy practice alongside her husband.

Having navigated the day-to-day realities of running a practice—from facility and provider credentialing to end-to-end revenue management—Nikki understands firsthand the vital impact of accurate, timely billing has on a business’ success and bottom line. This unique background as both a clinician and a business owner equips her with a deep, holistic understanding of healthcare operations.  She is passionate about leveraging her background to streamline operations, protect our clients’ bottom lines and deliver exceptional support to every client.

When Nikki is not working, you can find her surrounded by friends and family. She especially loves outdoor adventures in the mountains or on the water. Her ideal day off includes grabbing her two Doberman and heading to hike the AT (preferably with her two daughters and husband). Nikki is also an avid lover of coffee, reading, gardening, baking and mentoring young adults.
