Meet Bryanne Johnson, the CEO of Lincoln Reimbursement Solutions. With extensive experience in the operations of outpatient physical therapy clinics, Bryanne has led teams in start-ups, acquisitions, and established practices, understanding the significance of managing key performance metrics to drive profitability while maintaining positive patient experiences. Her commitment to helping clients reach their goals is the driving force behind LRS's success. Bryanne's expertise and experience enable her to collaborate with partners, aligning billing with human resources, finance, marketing, and operations.

Bryanne graduated from The University of Chicago with a degree in Economics, where she also played on the women's basketball team, earning four of the school's women's basketball records. As a leader, she brings a winning attitude and dedication to excellence to all areas of her work. Bryanne, along with her husband Matt and their four daughters, resides in the Bay Area.

MELISSA LALLY, BSN, RN-BC Chief Operating Officer

Meet Melissa Lally, the Chief Operating Officer of Lincoln Reimbursement Solutions. With over 14 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, Melissa has a deep understanding of the clinical expectations placed on providers. As COO, she oversees contracting and credentialing, front-end administration, and the revenue cycle, bringing a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of LRS's business operations. Her clinical experience combined with her expertise in contracting, billing, and coding provides her with a high-level understanding of healthcare reimbursement and the critical components necessary for providers to receive appropriate payment.

Melissa graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and she currently resides in Harrisburg, PA, with her husband Tom and their two children, Sami and Josh. Her dedication to healthcare and understanding of the reimbursement process make her an invaluable asset to the LRS team.

MATTHEW JOHNSON, JD Chief Risk and Compliance Officer

Meet Matt Johnson, the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of Lincoln Reimbursement Solutions. His experience ranges from complex transactional work at a national law firm to in-house counsel at a physical therapy company, and he is well-versed in the challenges faced by practice owners in establishing and operating physical therapy clinics. In his role at LRS, Matt provides strategic guidance on all aspects of the business to help the team focus on what they do best:  Helping our clients thrive in the ever-evolving world of healthcare reimbursement.  He also works directly with clients to offer his problem-solving skills to resolve a variety of revenue cycle management issues. 

Matt graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Law, Letters and Society, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan. He is a proud girl dad of four daughters, and loves playing basketball and spending time outdoors.  Raised in the Midwest, Matt remains a maniacal Michigan fan in Northern California.

TIFFANY HANSON Director of Contracting & Credentialing

Meet Tiffany Hanson, our Contracting and Credentialing Manager with over 11 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy settings. With a strong background in clinic operations, Tiffany possesses a comprehensive understanding of the credentialing process and its relationship to the revenue cycle. At LRS, she leads the credentialing team, ensuring a smooth and seamless process for our clients. Tiffany's expertise in contracting and reimbursement enables her to excel in contract review and negotiations, ensuring our clients receive optimal reimbursement rates. With a degree in Psychology, Tiffany values building personable relationships and maintaining open communication with her team and clients.

When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, admiring the breathtaking Smoky Mountain views from their East Tennessee home.

JEANINE CRAWFORD Director of Verification & Authorizations

Meet Jeanine Crawford, LRS Verification and Authorization Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing the operations of outpatient physical therapy clinics. With her strong background in managing all aspects of the front office and back-office functions, Jeanine now serves as the manager of the authorizations department at LRS. In her role, she ensures proper authorization for services and collaborates with other centralized departments such as scheduling and verifications to maximize profits for practices.

Jeanine understands the impact that proper authorization has on reimbursement and works tirelessly to ensure that the entire company is aligned and working together towards this goal. Her extensive experience and expertise have enabled her to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Jeanine is a Maryland native and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, especially hiking. She is a proud mother of two children, Cameron and Caralynn, and is committed to supporting them in all their endeavors.

ANETA SALAZAR Revenue Cycle Manager

Meet Aneta Salazar, an energetic and driven team player with an international background in wellness and healthcare. Originally from Poland, Aneta's experiences around the world have made her passionate about building relationships and streamlining processes in the healthcare industry.

With a comprehensive understanding of the revenue cycle, Aneta has managed all facets of it, including accounts receivable cleanups totaling more than $20 million in revenue. Her expertise extends to verifications, authorizations, and patient intake management, where she leads our centralized teams and processes.

When not in the office, Aneta enjoys traveling and seeking new adventures. She values mental health and is committed to mastering self-awareness development and learning about human behaviors.

DAISY SANCHEZ Scheduling Manager

Meet Daisy Sanchez, Scheduling Manager at Lincoln Reimbursement Solutions. With 7 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Daisy began her career as a physical therapy technician and worked her way up to become a successful front desk administrator. She found her passion for patient care and experience through her work at the front desk, which eventually led her to her current role leading the scheduling team at LRS. Daisy's favorite part of her job is communicating with patients and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Originally from California, Daisy has spent most of her life in Arizona. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is a proud mother to her son, Sebastian. Outside of work, Daisy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Despite her busy schedule, she always makes time for her favorite little ninja, Sebastian.

KIMBERLY NAVARRETE Payment Posting Manager

Meet Kimberly Navarrete, the Payment Posting Manager at LRS. Kim has been in the physical therapy industry for the past nine years, starting as a technician and transitioning to various front desk operations roles. With her background in biology and pre-physical therapy, Kim developed a passion for the business side of the field. Kim's expertise spans across many different states, and she has extensive knowledge regarding payors and payor guidelines. Currently, she leads and manages LRS's Payment Posting Team, ensuring that insurance and patient payments are posted accurately and timely. She also collaborates with the denials team to address any potential denial trends.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and exercising. With her dedication to accuracy and attention to detail, Kim is a valuable asset to LRS's revenue cycle team.

AMANDA MOUNTAIN Senior Billing Manager

Amanda Mountain is a certified CPC (Certified Professional Coder) with extensive expertise in medical billing and the revenue cycle. Her proficiency in professional coding allows her to seamlessly navigate the intricacies of healthcare billing, consistently delivering exceptional results. Amanda's role encompasses the management of diverse billing accounts, where she excels in accounts receivable (AR) collections. Her strong educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational aspects within the healthcare industry.

Born in the state of California, Amanda made the transition to sunny Florida a few years ago, where she now resides with her Havanese pup. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amanda enjoys a diverse range of hobbies, finding relaxation and fulfillment in activities such as reading, cooking, solving puzzles, gaming, shopping, and indulging in arts and crafts.

MARIE KARDEMO Billing Account Manager

Meet Marie Kardemo, a Billing Account Manager with well over a decade of experience in outpatient physical therapy. Marie has perfected the art of patient care logistics, mastering everything from scheduling to navigating insurance complexities. Her comprehensive knowledge encompasses patient scheduling, insurance verifications, authorizations, and the entire billing cycle. This ensures that clients receive seamless and efficient service, allowing them to focus on their patient care with peace of mind. Hailing from Stockholm, Sweden, Marie's global perspective adds richness to her experiences. Meet Savannah Thai, a Credentialing Account Manager at LRS with over 14 years of experience in insurance verifications. She successfully managed benefit verifications for multiple clinics, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of insurance and the reimbursement processes. Her knowledge seamlessly transitioned to credentialing where she leads a team knowledgeable in several regions. Her exceptional organizational skills allow her to provide a precise and efficient process for our clients.

Outside of work, she's happily married to her high school sweetheart and has four kids. They live in Arizona and love spending time together, trying new foods, and exploring new places. She enjoys baking and family traditions such as dressing up for Halloween every year together.

TERA REED, MBA Credentialing Account Manager

Meet Tera Reed, a Credentialing Account Manager with over a decade of experience in credentialing medical professionals across various specialties. Tera brings a unique blend of expertise and a people-friendly approach to the field. Her ability to connect with clients on a personal level has been instrumental in building strong professional relationships. Having achieved the milestone of completing her MBA, she is now dedicated to furthering her credentials. She is currently enrolled in a program to become a certified Credentialing Specialist, solidifying her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry standards.
